Our highly trained executive drivers arrive 10 minutes early for your collection; giving you that extra peace of mind that you will be on time for your flight.
Drivers track your flight to ensure he/she is in the terminal upon your arrival, however early or late this may be, assisting with any luggage, escorting you to your car and ensuring a swift and safe journey.
QX Cars believe in transparency, our cost effective pricing will be inclusive of any foreseeable waiting charges and VAT, all of which will show on your client confirmation.
If there is ever any issue with a collection we will be the first to advise and look to resolve the issue promptly, ensuring minimal inconvenience to our clients.

We have answered some frequently asked questions below to save you time when booking or traveling with QX Cars.

You can book a journey with QX Cars by emailing the team. Our address is email@example.com
Once the booking is confirmed on our system you will receive an email confirmation stating all the details of your journey. Please check them to make sure everything is exactly how you would like it.
Alternatively call a member of the team on 0207 118 1300. They will take all the details of your required journey and upon completion you will receive a confirmation of the booking via email.
Our online booking platform is available for clients who hold an active account with us.
All payments will be taken after the journey has been completed.
Payments can be taken in house or in the vehicle with the driver using a secure payment system.
QX Cars do accept credit cards.
Visa, MasterCard and Amex.
There is a 3% or £1 minimum charge for credit cards.
30 day accounts are available (subject to status)

Cars canceled within 1 hour of a scheduled collection are chargeable at full rate.
Exceptions to this policy occur if a collection is further than 1 hour away from the QX Cars office.
In such an instance, if the driver is already en route this will be charged at the full rate.
All QX Cars drivers wear a black suit, white shirt and gold and black striped tie.
Your driver will also be holding a board with your surname.
If you work for a corporate client the board will also have their name and logo.
